Glen Chancy has over 20 years of experience in banking software. Glen currently is the Product Director for a suite of four applications which work together to provide advanced Enterprise Pricing and Billing capabilities for commercial banks. Glen’s roles include presales, in which he has been instrumental in winning new license revenue of over 4.6 million USD in the past 12 months. In addition, Glen provides product direction, gathers and writes requirements, presents at international conferences, manages existing client relationships, and provides guidance on regulatory compliance in all global markets. Glen has worked with prospects and existing customers in 28 countries on five continents.
Glen is originally from Georgia and was educated at University of Florida. Immediately after college, he lived in Poland where he taught for several years at a university, while also running his own private language services company. Prior to entering the computer software industry, Glen was a financial consultant with a major Florida bank selling trust services, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance. Among other accomplishments, Glen has passed the Chartered Final Analyst Level I exam, earned a Certified Treasury Professional designation, and gotten his MBA in Finance. Glen has excellent presentation and public speaking skills, and loves to show case them at meetings and conferences.
Glen lives in the Orlando Florida area with his beautiful wife and five children. His hobbies include taking naps whenever possible, because as noted, he has five children. He also loves Florida Gator football, going to the gym, and writing on professional topics.
